Allan D. Millington is a United States Army Veteran and the Founder of Anivas Technology. He brings more than 20 years of experience across government service and federal contracting, with a career centered on large-scale programs involving financial systems, data analytics, and enterprise modernization. Allan has supported and led efforts associated with federal contract awards totaling more than $739 million, including work connected to the VA, HHS, and NIH.
